Group Health.

All regular full-time employees are eligible after 90 days of employment. We offer several options:

  • Copay Options — a PPO plan that provides comprehensive medical coverage under two options, the Copay and Copay 500 options. Both plans allow participants to be wise consumers of medical care through the use network providers, and include the use of deductibles, coinsurance, and out-of-pocket maximums for inpatient and outpatient services, and co-pays for prescriptions and office visits.
  • HMO — available at designated locations in California, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Indiana, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia.

Prescription Discount Plan.

All regular full-time employees are eligible after 90 days of employment, when they enroll in a Copay or HMO option. Benefits vary by group health option.

Dental Plan.

All regular full-time employees are eligible after 90 days of employment. The plan covers preventive, basic, major, and orthodontia dental care.

Vision Benefits Plan.

All employees are eligible for discounts on eye exams, lenses, frames, contacts and LASIK surgery through participating providers.

401-K Plan.

All employees are eligible after 90 days of continuous employment. Save from 1% to 50% of your eligible compensation not to exceed $11,000 annually (as indexed) on a tax-deferred basis. Lowe’s will match your contributions after one year of employment. After three years of employment, an additional Performance Match may be earned based on company performance.
